• Missing/Illegible Deed Plan Insurance

Is it advisable to pay for Missing or Illegible Deed Plan Insurance on a freehold property I'm selling when the deeds/plans are unclear? I'm somewhat perplexed because why would I need insurance on a residential property that I'm selling. In the 10 years I've lived at the property there has never been any dispute in respect of this matter. Surely this type of insurance is something that my buyer may want to consider as I wouldn't own the property. Essentially, why do I need to pay to insure something I don't own? Also, on a property that is being sold for no more than £300k in England, what is a reasonable price quote for this type of insurance?
