• TP1 Fraudulently Signed

By Guest on 04th Feb 2025

When we purchased our property we agreed to become a part of a neighbouring estate Property Management provision as we require rights of access to our property. Two years after completion no service charges or contact was made. Our developer eventually informed us that the management company had not included our property into their company and as such the tP1 needed to be renegotiated which they would not do. It was then discovered that the signature for the management company on the tP1 was fraudulent. There was no one and still is no one empowered to sign such documents on behalf of the Management company. Our original conveyancing solicitor has been trying to negotiate with the Property Management Company, who have been trying to raise charges to us for work that has never been carried out and for amenities we do not use. What can we do?
