When dealing with a transfer (such as a gift or sale) of registered land it is essential to obtain official copies of the title register and usually any other documents referred to therein. Such documents are obtained from the Land Registry, the government department responsible for maintaining the register of all registered land in England & Wales.

Members of the public can only obtain official copies directly from Land Registry through the post. We can obtain official copies on your behalf online and deliver them to you electronically, usuall within 24 hours.

Our prices are as follows:

Official Copy of the Register: £10.00

Official Copy of the Title Plan: £10.00

Official Copy of a Lease: £25.00

Official Copy of a Conveyance/Transfer/Plan: £12.00
