Thank you for your interest in our service. This page will give you some more information about how the service works and what you get for your money as well as, most importantly, how to sign up, which hopefully after reading this you'll be happy to do!

How does Housesforsale work?

It really is quite simple. You just provide us with a list of properties then can be found on your own website. We will then visit your site, find the properties and re-create the entry on our site. We'll add a link so that when visitors click on the property then are directed to the corresponding entry on your site from where they can make an offer, arrange viewings etc in the way they normally would.

Each week we'll provide you with a report via e-mail showing all the properties you have listed with us. We'll also provide you with regular updates on the number of visitors to Housesforsale in total.

Adding/removing properties

On receipt of your weekly report, just check it to see if it shows any properties that need removing, so because they have sold or been taken off the market. Delete any that need removing, and return it to us via e-mail. Should you wish to add any properties just send us a separate e-mail with a list of addresses.

How will properties appear in the listings?

Properties are first split by county and then users will be able to search by town/city, number of bedrooms, property type and price range.

Cost and invoicing

The price you pay depends on the number of properties listed. You pay a one off fee per property which entitles you to have the property listed until it is sold or until you instruct us to remove it. The pricing structure is as follows:

Invoices are issued on the first of each month. We'll provide you with a list of properties added within the month just ended. The figure we use for “number of properties” will be the total number of properties you ave listed with us as at the invoice date, so for example if at the start of a month you already have 49 properties listed, and within that month you add a further 5, you will pay a total of £2.50 (at the rate of £0.50 per property), because the total number by the end of the month is more than 50. By the same token, if you start the month with 50 properties, remove 20 and add 10, meaning that you end the month with 40 properties listed, you will pay at the rate of £0.75 per property.

We would ask that once properties are sold or removed from the market you instruct us to remove them. If a property is listed for more than 12 months we will check to see if it is still listed on your own site. If it is not, we will remove it.

Methods of payment

Payment can either be made by PayPal (which can be used even if you don't have a PayPal account) or by cheque.
