What is "Houses for Sale?"

Houses for sale is new way to advertise houses on line. Our focus is on low cost with maximum exposure. With almost no operating costs we are able to charge unbelievably low prices, such as 50p per property for estate agents when multiple properties are listed - and that's for the life of the listing! Private sellers are welcome too and pay just £5 to list a property until it is sold.

Where do our visitors come from?

That is a fair question. After all, cheap listings are no use if nobody sees them! This is a new service and initially our traffic will come from our parent site, Freeconveyancingadvice.co.uk. This site currently receives upwards of 4,000 hits every month – you may even be one of the 20,000+ people to have have visited so far. Freeconveyancingadvice.co.uk attracts people who are actively seeking to buy and sell properties. In other words this is relevant traffic.

Over the months as they are “crawled” by the major search engines these pages will generate their own traffic, meaning even more exposure for your listings.

Free trial period

As mentioned above it will take several months for Housesforsale to establish an independent internet presence and that's why we are offering unlimited free listings until June 2009. We are prepared to do this because we realise you can't afford to risk cash on projects unless you are sure you can trust them. Also, the more properties we have listed the quicker our internet presence will grow. The trial really does have no strings attached. At the end of the trial period you will be asked whether you wish to continue listing. Unless you specifically confirm that you do, your listings will be removed and we will not attempt to invoice you.

Even if you have no intention of ever paying for this service at the end of the trial we would still love you to take advantage of the free listings as the data this will give us will be invaluable to us going forward.

The cost

At the end of the trial period, if you are happy to continue listing, you will unfortunately have to pay for the privilege! For private sellers we charge £5.00 per property. This is a one off payment and entitles you to have your property listed until it is sold, or for as long as you wish. For estate agents the pricing structure is as follows:
