Free Conveyancing Advice
YOUR CONVEYANCING QUESTIONS ANSWERED
The number one site for Free Conveyancing Advice.

Buying your council property can be a fantastic investment, but the application process can be time consuming and daunting, and of course you want to make sure you get the best possible deal. Our service aims to take away the hassle and worry and help you take full advantage of your Right to Buy.
For all of the above we charge a one-off fixed fee of just £20. There are no hidden extras and no disbursements to pay. Where we refer you to a mortgage broker, we do not receive any referral fee or other financial incentive. The fixed fee of £20 is all you will pay for our service and it becomes payable only when the completed application form is complete and ready for delivery. If, after receiving our advice as to the likelihood of your application being accepted or of the likely discount you choose not to proceed then no fee is payable.
We will ask for certain information from you in relation to the property and to your tenancy and will use this to complete the form. We will then post it to you so that you may check that the information is correct, sign and submit it to your landlord. We will even provide a stamped, addressed envelope. If you prefer not to give out your personal details (your name and address etc) then this is not a problem - we can complete the form in all other respects and send it to you by e-mail, so that you need only print it and fill in your personal details. We will either pass your details to a mortgage broker or if you prefer give you the broker's details.
We aim to respond to your initial enquiry within 2 working days and to have the completed form ready for delivery 3 working days after receiving certain information from you, which we will request once you make your initial enquiry. Once the application form is submitted the council should give their descision on whether you qualify within 4 weeks. If you do, they should issue the offer notice, telling the valuation of the property and the discount to which you are entitled, within a further 8 weeks.
Simply send an e-mail to rtbhelp@freeconveyancingadvice.co.uk confirming your interest. We will then collect some details from you and tell you whether you are likely to qualify and what the discount is likely to be. If after receiving this information you wish to proceed then we will prepare the form.
Our preferred method Paypal (click the link to create an account) - it's safe and secure for you and for ourselves, it's free to you and it's easy to set up an account. Alternatively we can accept payment by BACS/internet transfer. To use Paypal click the button below. If you wish to pay by internet/BACS transfer please ask for our bank details when you make your application.
