Cheap Online Advertising

This site is funded by advertising revenue, and from this page you can apply to advertise on any page on the site. There are a number of different options. The various packages are listed below but if you don't see an option that suits then please contact us to discuss your requirements. We'll be happy to accomodate if possible. Any of the deals we offer are on a non-contract basis and you may take a one month no obligation trial. We'll show your advert for one month - if you are satisfied you then pay us at the end of the month but if not just advise us that you would like your ad removed and we will do so. You will not owe us for that month. 

Ad Types:-

Text Ads

A basic text ad, such as the one right,  will contain an active link which if clicked will direct visitors to your website.

Sidebar Buttons

A sidebar button, such as the logo on the right,  will also direct visitors to your site if they click the logo.

Banner Ads

A banner can be placed either at the top of a page immediately under the title or at the foot, immediately below the main page content. Examples of banners can seen at the top of this page.

Page Sponsorship

Subject to availability you may exclusively sponsor any page other than the home page. You may have as many adverts as you wish on your chosen  page and you can be assured that no other adverts will appear on that page.

The Benefits

The visitors to this site are pretty much all either considering buying or selling property or are actually doing so, which means they will be in need of all sorts of services such as estate agents, lawyers, HIP providers, movers, mortgage brokers, carpet fitters etc etc. This in turn means that your ad will be viewed by people to whom it is actually relevant.

Unlike "pay per click" ads (like Google Adwords for example) which are open to abuse by people offering financial incentives to others to click on ads even though they are not interested in the product, on this site you pay only the flat rate fees mentioned above.

Payment Options

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal - it's safe and secure (we do not need to exchange bank details or other sensitive information), quick and free. We can also accept payment by cheque. Payment can be made either monthly, quarterly or annually to suit you. The first invoice will be issued at the end of the first month.

How to Apply

Simply send me an e-mail and supply the following details:-

1. The type of ad or package you require

2. The page/s on which you would prefer your ad/s to appear

3. If a banner or sidebar button, either attach an image or tell me where to find the image you want to use (such as the title on your website)

4. If a text ad, e-mail me the text you would like to appear

5. The address of your website (if you have one)
