• Transfer Of Deeds

    My mum transferred her property into her 3 childrens names (myself and my 2 brothers). Last year we transferred it back into only 1 of my brothers names for a particular reason to do with the other brother and because I now live in Australia we decided that I would take my name off the deeds also as it is so complicated if anything was to happen. Now the said house has been sold and the buyers solicitor is asking for a declaration of solvency to be signed by me. Is this a legal requirement?????
