• Signing Over Property

I live with my husband and daughter along with my mother and father in law in a house owned by my inlaws, the house is mortgage free. My inlaws are wanting to transfer the house to my husband and myself so that we can release some equity and carry out much needed renovation work and adapt the house for my father in laws needs.

the intention is to carry out the work and subsequently pay my in laws the value of what the house was worth, prior to us carrying out the work (so that we cannot be accused of taking advantage by my husbands siblings). I wonder whether this is something you can assist with?

Yes, that would be a transfer of equity at a fixed fee of £300+VAT. Please contact Notary Express on 03333 122 221 or email [email protected] to get started.
