• FMH & The Ex

    Been thru the court to force a house sale, The judge gave everything to the ex, no kids involved. She has 56 days to "use her best endeavours" to obtain the consent of the lender to release me from any liability. Indemnify the applicant in respect of the above. & to discharge the monthly payments in respect of the secured charges on fmh. The ex is 57, works 20 hours a week & genuinely can't afford it, how can the judge, jusitfy this decision ?? that's why i wanted the fmh sold, & can i get this over turned ? many Thanks
