I am with solicitor who is in Natwest panel, but now I am finding out that solicitor would like to charge me for representing NatWest. Why if she is in NatWest panel already?

It would depend on the terms of your mortgage offer

In what way. Normal mortgage with natwest. What mortgage offer has it should be for me not to have to pay extra fees. Many thanks.

When you are taking out a mortgage your conveyancer acts for both you and the lender and is entitled to be paid for thecwork involved in checking the mortgage offer, dealing with any lender requirements, reporting to them and drawng down funds. Mortgage lenders, with few if any exceptions, epect you to pay these fees on their behalf.
