• Buying A House (built In 2002) With No Completion Certificate For The Building But Has NHBC Warranty From The Developer

By Guest on 04th Jun 2018

I am buying a house (built in 2002) with no completion certificate for the building after it has been completed (but has NHBC warranty from the developer). Shall I take the risk? Council has no records of it, developer has no records, NHBC has no records and seller hasn't got the completion certificate. Unsure what to do now as I like the house but will this affect sellability in future? When it comes to sell the house in say 10 years will this matter?
    Thanks
