• Ensuring A Seller Is Truthful On "SPIF" About Complaints To His Neighbour, Re: Noise & Garden Mess

By Guest on 16th Jan 2017

My next door neighbour is selling his property. He has been abusive for 5 years since moving in, and Complained about My Noise & My Removal of my Own Hedge, as it spoilt his Privacy. How can I make sure he states this on his SPIF form ? I feel he will not make this clear, as it may affect his asking price. He has put his complaint to me in Writing, so I do have Proof. He wrote to myself, CAB, Council, - Despite his complaint being Lies, I had to endure his Loud Mouthed Abuse for Years. No Legal Action was taken, due to him having "No Proof" of course. I feel aggrieved if he gets away with "non disclose" of his acts. The Property is on the Market at Present. Many thanks. S.Carter.

You can't do anything about what your neighbour puts on his forms but you could perhaps speak to the estate agent selling the property
