• Accessway Issues

By Guest on 03rd Nov 2017

I have a path across my garden which on my title is called a tractor accessway for maintenance. This allows our neighbours to drive across and mow their field and is the only way for them to do so. However they have decided to use the accessway as a footpath and a track for bringing their horses across, They often leave the gates open endangering my animals. Do they have a right to adapt an accessway for this type of use. It crosses right through our garden and makes us uncomfortable as we have little privacy in our own garden due to their excessive use. Is there anything I can do to stop this?
