    There is a deed of covenant on the property whereby the co granting it has gone into liquidation and the rights transferred to the Crown who are willing to disclaim any interest.Can an indemnity policy be taken out and which companies would underwrite

    Yes you can take indemnity insurance but as indemnity insurers can only deal with solicitors/licensed conveyancers you would need to instruct a lawyer to arrange it
