• Problem With One Of The Covenants

By Guest on 09th Oct 2017

My flat is leasehold. I have inadvertently broken the covenant that says I cannot have laminate flooring. The Management Company say I have to take the flooring up as it breaks the covenant. Bu they are not the landlord. They say now they know about it, I cannot have legal indemnity because they know about it. I cannot sell to my buyer because their solicitor wants proof of permission to put down the flooring. I cannot contact the real landlord. I cannot proceed. What shall I do?
