• Is The INNSA Trade Body For Japanese Knotweed Approved By CML

By Guest on 26th May 2017

We have a site in Bedfordshire affected by Japanese knotweed. The contractor who removed the knotweed is a member of INNSA (knotweed trade body)and is offering INNSA's 10 year IBG details as follows:

    • Broker - Insure-Risk Limited (http://www.insure-risk.com/).
    • Scheme administrator (on behalf of the insurer) – Ark Insurance Group (https://www.arkinsurance.co.uk/index.aspx).
    • Insurer – Elite Insurance Company Limited (http://www.elite-insurance.co.uk/about/).

Can you very kindly tel me if this cover will be acceptable to CML as otherwise I fear the contractor will not be paid in full.

    Many thanks
    Andrew Ross ;-)
