As per title. Can you arrange post sale restrictive covanant indemnity insurance as we now have full planning permission to build house where large wooden building has been sitting for several years. Next to traditional brick built ex council house. Ambiguous covenants as we have permission. Can you arrange post sale - March 16. Restrictive covenant insurance on existing house and when we split the title on plot for the new build, but take out policy or policies now.

You can indemnity insurance for a planned future breach of covenant - this is what you need by the sounds of it. It is more expensive than the standard self issue policy and your conveyancer will need to contact the insurers for a bespoke quote. They will need to see the planning consent and confirmation that no objections were raised to the planning application, amongst other things.
