    Have the rights reserved been exercised and have your Clients ever made any objectionsto thereto. Please refer to the title documents previously attached. These refer to the rights of other people???

    Yes, it sounds like a transfer of part or a lease in the past gave someone rights over your property, for example rights to enter onto your land if necessary to repair a boundary wall/fence. This is quite normal, but please refer to the document to see what the particular rights are in your case. Your conveyancer will advise you. They are asking you to confirm if third parties (other people) have exercised those rights (e.g. in my example coming onto your land to maintain their wall) and if so did you object (usually not)?
