    i am named on my daughters deeds of her house. does this mean i own my part

    It means you are a joint trustee which means that jointly with your daughter you have the power to mortgage, lease, sell or otherwise dispose of the property for the benefit of the beneficiaries. In the absence of any evidence to the contrary you and your daughter are joint beneficiaries as well as joint trustees (and so jointly entitled to the equity)
