• Invalid TP1 Because Not Signed By Transferee AND Some Land Now Registered Twice?

    If transferee does not sign TP1 yet there are covenants and restrictions to be agreed and panel 13 of TP1 does say that in such cases the transferee should sign, does that invalidate the TP1? I did apply to LR to set the transfer aside on that ground, and also on the grounds that LR left some land behind with the transferor's title so that the part left behind is registered twice.
