Is it easy to alter the land registry so that my son owns a property that I purchased with him

If there is no mortgage on the property it is fairly straightforward. You'll need to sign a transfer deed and submit it to Land Registry. You could try purchasing our transfer of equity kit. If there is a mortgage you'll need to get the consent of the lender and instruct a lawyer
