    Wondering if there are benefits in doing this. I have deeds on the house.

    There is certainly a benefit to registering the title - it will make the conveyancing process easier (and probably cheaper) when the property is sold, it gives greater protection against property fraud and it removes the risk that you could not prove title if the deeds were lost or destroyed. As to the benefit of transferring the property to your son and daughter, that would depend entirely on your personal circumstances.
