• "full" Or "limited" Guarantee To Sell

    Several years ago my sister was dianosed with alzheimers dementia. She is now in full time care and no longer has mental capacity.
    Before she became ill my sister registered an LPA(financial) naming myself and my wife as her attorneys. Also, she put her property in a Trust naming us as executors of that Trust. The Land Registry entry now shows three registered owners - my sister my wife and me.
    I am now selling her house. Do I have "full" or "limited" guarantee to sell? Is there anything else I should be mindful of?
