There is a Deed of variation of a lease that I pay fees to a management company and they are responsible for the landlord's obligations. However the management company has been dissolved. Is the treasury responsible bona vacantia otherwise who will be responsible for the maintenance and who do I pay fees to?

Good luck trying to get the Crown to accept responsibility for something. The Crown will only accept money into the direction of their pockets; it won't come back out.

You'll have to maintain it yourselves between you as tenants or ask the landlord to accept responsibility.
